1. Please read product material and measurement before ordering. Once an item has been confirmed, all sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or cancellation are allowed once sold and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. There may be slight difference of the color due to camera lighting during photography.

3. Isuca eMall has the rights to change any terms and condition without prior notice.

4. Photos of Isuca eMall is protected and copyrighted. Do ask permission before copying and give credits to our site.

5. Delivery will takes 2 or 3 days for ready stock and between 14 -
20 days for pre-order stock from the day of payment received.

6. Items cannot be booked, we accept only full payment.

8. Goods sold are new and in good condition. All items are checked for defects before posting. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.
